How to know when to send your baby to the Doctor

Children get sick, it’s a fact of life more often than not it’s just something mild and will pass but in many cases it is advised that you take things to the next level and that you visit your Doctor with your child.

Deciding when it’s time to go to the Doctor Can sometimes be a challenging decision, especially when you have to consider expensive medical bills and consultation fees however any parent should always put their child first and make sure that their child is taken care of.

Feel if a child has a Fever

There are usually some very clear indications as to whether you should take your child to the Doctor. These include things like fever.  A child which feels warm will sometimes have a fever.  And mild fever is not normally very serious but it is very important to know exactly what your child temperature is and you can do so my using a baby ear thermometer.

If your child’s temperature is more than 38.9 degrees centigrade, you should seriously consider taking them to the Doctor. At the same time you should also try and reduce their temperature by giving them a lukewarm bath or Dabbing their head with a cold damp sponge or facecloth.
