Infant Ear Thermometer
We talk a lot about baby ear thermometers here at BETO, however it is important to note that, while you may already know, there is a distinct difference between infants and babies, and in fact a difference between ear thermometers that we recommend for babies and infants.
Our recommended thermometers for babies is still the Infra-Red Baby Ear Thermometer, however when it comes to infants, there is an even better option in what is know as the Temporal Scanner.
As an infants ear is so tiny, sometimes trying to take their temperature with an infra-red thermometer can not only be a little tricky, but may not be 100% accurate. A Temporal Scanner is also a digital thermometer, but it takes a reading by swiping it gently across the infants forehead.
